Style: Thrifted vintage silk kimono

I've been waiting to show you guys this thrift store find for...oh...two months now.

Technically, it's not a 'thrift store find' because I bought this vintage hand-stitched silk kimono at a garage sale in Oregon, but it's still hands down one of my favorite finds from the last six months! Did I mention it's vintage? As if being a genuine kimono wasn't amazing enough, it's old. And I love me some old things.

Plus, it's so swirly! And lined in blush silk, so swirling it was a must.

Want to know how much this outfit cost? You know me, it's going to be impressive if I do say so myself. Click through for the price breakdown. Hint: it's under $50! By a lot...

Old Navy jeans: $6 || Jessica Simpson shoes: $3 || Old Navy tank top: $7 || F21 necklace: $8 || vintage kimono: $10

Outfit total: $34

*does a happy dance*

The kimono was such a lucky garage sale find! I actually bought two for myself and a men's kimono for Noah to wear around as a robe. S-C-O-R-E!

In other fun news, I'd like to introduce you all to my amazing and talented photographer (and friend!) Rebekkah! She's the ownher of Simply Radiant Imagery here in the Boise area, and her work is gorgeous. So is she!
